AmishOakAndHickory.com and Frontrowliving, the owners and agents, warrant the products sold on this site for their delivery in good condition.  As retail provider of these products, Frontrowliving is not liable for misuse of any products sold or for claims for injuries or damages ascribed to the use of or condition of these products or any other claim made against these products.  Claims against the maker of Amish wood products must be filed with Frontrowliving within ninety days of the date the order is shipped to the customer.  For replacement of goods, the purchased item must be returned, with shipping paid, to the maker within ninety days of the date the order is shipped to the customer.  A written declaration of the problem, along with the name, address, date of the sale and amount of the purchase must be provided to Frontrowliving.  Complaints or allegations concerning any other products sold on this site have a statute of limitations and must be filed within 35 days of the date the order is placed.
