SHIPPING POLICIES FOR AmishOakandHickory.com

We will choose the shipper(s) based on the products you order.  We use common carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL.   Your order will be acknowledged by e-mail and shipped within approximately two weeks.  Your order may be taken by horse and buggy to the shipper.  The longer than customary time required is because the Amish do not use telephone, fax, e-mail or computer to communicate about or facilitate your order.  

Delivery times vary depending on the location.  For ground delivery, please allow 7 to 10 business days after shipment.  The total time needed from the time you place your order until deliver is completed may be as much as three to four weeks.  Please be patient.  The quality is worth the wait.  After a period of about ten days to two weeks, you can track your order once it is shipped.
